Short day today for the crew. We make a few design changes to think about how we could access the basement from inside the house. Mario knocked out the bathroom floor…. solid.

The day started off with David cutting out the slider and windows with the hammer drill. I could hear that thing for miles… it was deafening.

Moldy green that is. If the banks only knew what lurked behind walls. To fix a saggy header, we demo’d the wall only to find daylight on the other side, along with a number of moldy boards
Day 1: Prep complete
Red rosin paper to cover from debris. We’ll put plywood down in areas
where heavy demo will take place.. Guessing the entire house then..
